Coil ID and OD Protectors

Coil ID(Inside Diameter) and OD(Outside Diameter Protectors are manufactured at our plant in Carrollton, KY.

ID and OD protectors are designed to protect the edges of your coiled and rolled products.

We use extra strength notched cornerboard to produce high quality protectors at virtually any length. Our 4 corner board manufacturing lines feed our rotary dies that configure the paperboard to the specific size of I.D and OD protectors our customers need. The leg lengths can be made from 2” x 2” up to 4” x 4”.  These protectors can be made in a variety of thicknesses, be printed, and can include a moisture resistant coating.

In addition, because we manufacture our own skids, we design them to handle significantly more product than our competition.  In some cases, we put as much as

twice the amount on a skid as other manufacturers.  This saves our customers money in freight and minimizes storage space necessary.
