Coil Caps

We manufacture Coil Caps at our plant made from a variety of materials to fit eye vertical coils of Aluminum, Tin and Painted Metal. We have multiple machines to make both sewn and welded caps.

Coil Caps will fit coils as small as you need and up to a 96” O.D. Coil. The skirts of the caps can be made as short or as long as needed.  They can be printed with your company’s logo as well.

The Coil Caps can include components to protect the Coils from the warehouse environment, handling damage and corrosion.

Coil Caps can help you reduce labor, increase throughput, make your application safer, and provide you with a more consistent package. Our caps are often used in conjunction with packaging lines with conveyors and wrapping machines.  These typically lightweight coil caps are ergonomically friendly for your packaging team, too!
